One of our favorite podcasts to listen to (besides ours, of course) is the Wandering DP Podcast, hosted by cinematographer Patrick O’Sullivan. A few years ago, James attended Masters in Motion, a filmmaking workshop held every December in Austin, TX. It is a rare opportunity to learn from some of the industry’s best minds and to network with other like-minded individuals. There, he met the workshop’s co-founder, Jon Connor, who is also a filmmaker, writer, and editor. He also is the producer for the workshop’s Art Vs. Commerce podcast.
